Recommended use.
Before shooting:
Wash all metal parts inside and out with hot water. Dry all parts well. Thoroughly grease the barrel inside and all other metal parts outside with WONDER LUBE 1000 Plus. Oil shafts are protected by repeated rubbing with WONDER LUBE 1000 Plus. Wipe off excess grease after an exposure time and polish the weapon parts with a soft cloth.
Shooting:
Rub WONDER LUBE 1000 Plus into the weft plasters with your fingers or dip the shot plaster in melted WONDER LUBE 1000 Plus and squeeze out excess fat. For Minie and Maxi Ball bullets, fill all grease grooves with WONDER LUIBE 1000 Plus.
WONDER LUIBE 1000 Plus is a complete bullet grease and gun care product. It does not contain petroleum components, chemicals or synthetic components, as these can cause running dirt and rust. If you shoot with black powder, WONDER LUBE 1000 Plus protects the metal from rust for a certain period of time.
General: In principle,
muzzleloader weapons should be cleaned as soon as possible after shooting and protected from rust as described above. Black powder residues in the barrel draw moisture out of the air and an aggressive acidic residue is formed, which impairs the precision of the barrel in a short time.
